But comfort can quietly become a boundary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a long time, I thought growth meant becoming better at the things I already knew how to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leaving my comfort zone taught me something different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Growth often begins with being a beginner again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You make mistakes more publicly. You ask questions you wish you already knew the answers to. You discover that confidence doesn&#8217;t always come before action. Sometimes it comes because of action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strange thing is that the unfamiliar rarely becomes comfortable overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You simply become more comfortable with being uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And somewhere along the way, you realise that the person you were protecting was often the person you had already outgrown.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comfort is useful.
